Getting started is easy. Contact your Relationship Manager to activate your UTA PAY mobile account and obtain your login credentials. Once activated, download the UTA PAY app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or simply select your preferred platform below. After installation, you'll be ready to securely process and manage payments anytime, anywhere.

Step-by-Step Guides

Auto Mode

  1. Enter the Check amount
  2. Start with the front of the check
  3. Hold your device at chest level and slowly lower it until the check is in the box
  4. Flip check over and endorse the back if you haven't already
  5. Repeat the lowering motion until the back is auto-captured

Process a RDC Guarantee Transaction

  1. Select the "CHECKS" option
  2. Select the "RDC GUARANTEE" option
  3. Enter the Check amount
  4. Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  5. Review captured data; correct routing #, account #, check #, or amount as needed
  6. Optional: Enter a Customer Number (or create one)
  7. Select Personal or Business then click NEXT
  8. Complete Check Writer's Details; required fields are marked with *
  9. On the Verify Information screen confirm all fields then click SUBMIT
  10. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  11. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER

Process a RDC Non-Guarantee Transaction

  1. Select the "CHECKS" option
  2. Select the "RDC NON-GUARANTEE" option
  3. Enter the Check amount
  4. Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  5. Review and correct captured data as needed
  6. Optional: Enter a Customer Number (or create one)
  7. Select Personal or Business then click NEXT
  8. Complete Check Writer's Details; required fields are marked with *
  9. Verify Information then click SUBMIT
  10. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  11. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER

Process a RDC Hold Transaction

  1. Select the "CHECKS" option
  2. Select the "RDC Hold" option
  3. Select the processing location (skipped if only one)
  4. Choose the number of checks from the dropdown
  5. Enter the check amount
  6. Scan the Front and Back of the check
  7. Select the Scheduled Transaction Date
  8. Verify check data and amount; edit as needed
  9. Select Personal or Business then click NEXT
  10. Repeat for each additional check
  11. Enter all customer data; asterisk fields are required
  12. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  13. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER

Process a COD Pre-Auth Transaction

  1. Select the "CHECKS" option
  2. Select the "COD PRE-AUTH" option
  3. Enter the check amount, Phone Number, and optional Customer ID then press NEXT
  4. The order is complete when you see the Approval Number

Process a COD Post-Auth Transaction

  1. Select the "CHECKS" option
  2. Select the "COD POST-AUTH" option
  3. Click the Pre-Auth ID of the transaction (type to narrow the list)
  4. Update the check amount if needed then click NEXT
  5. Take an image of the Front and Back of the check
  6. Review captured data; edit fields as needed
  7. Enter the Customer Number; create one if none exists
  8. Complete Check Writer's Details as needed
  9. Verify Information then click SUBMIT
  10. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  11. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER

Process an ACH Guarantee Transaction

  1. Select the "ACH" option
  2. Select the "ACH GUARANTEE" option
  3. Select Personal or Business then click NEXT
  4. Enter Customer # if available (optional; saved records auto-populate)
  5. Enter Routing #, Account #, Check #, and Amount
  6. Enter customer name (first/last for personal; business name for business)
  7. Enter the customer's address information
  8. Enter ID info (personal: ID Type, Number & home phone; business: company phone)
  9. Press NEXT
  10. Verify Information then click NEXT to process
  11. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  12. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER

  1. Select the "ACH" option

  3. Select "NO" for Recurring Payments
  4. Select a Schedule Payment Date
  5. Enter Customer # if available (optional)
  6. Enter Routing #, Account #, optional Check #, and Amount
  7. Enter customer name; select Personal or Business
  8. Enter Invoice # (optional) then click NEXT
  9. Verify Information then click NEXT to process
  10. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number

  3. Select "YES" for Recurring Payments
  4. Select the Number of Payments
  5. Select the Frequency of Payments
  6. Select a Schedule Payment Date
  7. Enter Customer # if available (optional)
  8. Enter Routing #, Account #, optional Check #, and Amount
  9. Enter Invoice # (optional)
  10. Enter Customer Name; select Personal or Business then click NEXT
  11. Verify Information then click NEXT to process
  12. The order is complete when you see the Approval/Transaction Number
  13. If the Customer Number is new, click MEMORIZE CUSTOMER
